Hotel Defkalion is ideally situated close to the picturesque village of Petra and the beach resort of Anaxos. It is only 450 yards from the beautiful Avlaki beach with its tavernas, and offers amazing views of the Lesvos sunsets from its rooftop terrace.

Defkalion is a family run hotel and the owners are very welcoming – they will do their very best to ensure you have a wonderful stay! There is an amazing pool area with a shallow-end and a heated jacuzzi pool. Plus the hotel has its own well-equipped gym – unusual on this part of the island! Rooms are cleaned daily, there’s free wifi and air conditioning.

The deluxe rooms are in fact studios, as all feature kitchen areas. The family rooms have bunk beds – which are ideal for families with two children. Other studios contain a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. All rooms have good size balconies with great views. They are modern, spacious and neutrally decorated in calming tones of stone and blue – creating a very relaxing atmosphere.

Breakfast is included for all Real Lesvos guests. There is a cafe bar on site and the lovely owners will even provide picnics on request.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location, for a relaxing holiday with easy access to some of the prettiest villages on the island!

Note that the Deluxe Family Studio bunk beds are recommended for children up to 15 years old.
